Booking your flight to Switzerland
After you have registered using the online form on this website you will get an email with information how to proceed in order to book your flight to Switzerland.
After you have registered using the online form on this website you will receive an email confirmation of your hotel booking.
All hotels are within walking distance to the conference venue (max. 15 minutes).
It is the individual responsibility of every participant (sponsored and self-paying) to take out sufficient health/accident insurance cover for the stay in Switzerland. The costs of this insurance will be reimbursed to sponsored participants (see below).
Additional expenses for your participation in this workshop such as travel expenses in your home country, visa costs, insurance costs, local transportation in Switzerland, food cost for meals that are not provided during the workshop will be reimbursed to you in Interlaken in cash (CHF).
Expenses cash pay-out at the entrance of the venue:
Monday, 2nd February: 17.00-20.00 / from Tuesday onwards every morning from 07.30-08.30 and during lunch breaks.
Important: In order to receive reimbursement, please note that you must keep receipts for all expenses. You will need to fill in the expenses form and bring it to the workshop with your receipts. This form will be sent to you together with your hotel booking confirmation.
